The Annual NWTT Thump-in will be the weekend, of July 11-12, Sat-Sun, at my home
on Black Lake, 5 mi. SW of downtown Olympia.
As usual the Natl. Inboard Boat-Hydro Races provide lakefront entertainment.
Races are Sat & Sun start around noon and end about 5-6pm.
Feel free to come down anytime. Stay overnight if you'd like. I have lots of
room to camp or throw sleeping bags on floor in house. You may also stay over
Sun night and we can go riding or head home Mon.
Gravel forest road and/or single track trail riding is 5 miles away in the
92,000 acre Capital Forest. I have the State trail maps.
Very crowded though on Sat-Sun.
Some great backroad, two lane, twisties, start at the end of
my driveway. Several NWTT riders can back up that claim.
No formal itinerary. Come down to just relax, ride, eat,
whatever. I provide simple foods, dogs, salads, sodas, etc.
If you can, please let me know if you're coming, (drop-ins
fine also) so I can get an idea about how much food may be needed.
You may contact me via NWTT or direct: dbeck113@...
thanks, don :)
