Good question. I don't think it would. The bends are there for 2nd gen PL body, so unless you had access to a TIG welder, a lot of patience and possibly a pipe...

YEs. The hid's do fit any style neon. My friend eric here in post falls put a set in his srt-4 this september, i have had mine in my 99 for over 3 years now....
