Minutes from Ride Leaders Meeting:
1.In attendence: Ken, Drew, Emil, Mark, Dean,and Bill. Unable to attend:
Tony, Chad, Joe and Ricky.
2. Membership renewal dinner meeting is 4/3/08 6:30pm at the Timbers in
Oakland, NJ
3. Reviewed Road Captain criteria and those eligible
4. Invite Wendy as a guest leader to lead her Phoenician Run
5. Reviewed revised "Code of Conduct"
6. Reviewed revised "Liability Waiver" and new requirement that all
guest riders(non members ride participants) must sign or not be allowed
on ride.
7. Suggestion: add cell phone numbers of each member to the emergency
contact sheet given out to all ride leaders
8. All the above agreed to unanimously

Looking forward to seeing all current members and new members at our
4/3/08 gathering.
