I would say they are the same. The size of the hole is not critical, if you have a manual bleed valve use a 1.5 mm restrictor and use the valve to fine tune....

You don't have to change the ecu. You will have to alter some wiring to the ecu though. EG you can't start an auto when its in drive and speed sensor needs...
