all i can say is good luck, you are going to have to change 100 little
things, from the mounting bracket to the tailshaft (or did i have to
shorten that when i put the s14 diff in((cant remember)) your mounting
brackets are going to be off, your speed sensor will have to be
fiddled with. you'll have fun trying to get the center console just
right. honestly if you've got the time the patience it could be worth it.

jump over to nissansilvia.com you'll find plenty of people willing to
give you how to's and such. but just remember the s15 box is weak, so
personally i downgraded to a s14 box only a 5 speed but it was a very
good box.
