We would like to remind you of this upcoming event.
Wintersun Run: Mildura
Date: Sunday, June 10, 2001
Time: All Day
Wintersun Run. Three days and nights of fun and mayhem in the
(winter) sun.
Vic, hope you get this.
I'll go a bit earlier, leaving the 7/11 Canterbury Rd with danny
(TT600) at 9.00, then catch up with you in Flowerdale, say 12.15-
12.30. Gotta be home by about 4.00, plenty time, but try to make the
best of the weather.
Cya Tomorrow.
Cheers
Pete
There'll be a ride on Sunday.
Meet Maccas Nunawading (Cnr Maroondah Hwy and Springvale Rd) at 10 am. Leave
10.15 to The Boulevard for another pick-up point at 10.30, the
"Posers-Corner" on The Boulevard. Via X-mas Hills, Yarra Glen to Flowerdale
(Lunch), from there a possible split for those who have to return earlier, I
might go back via Toolangi, Myers Ck. Rd., Healesville.
Weather should be good, according to channel 9.
Tonight and Sunday:
The chance of an overnight shower, then fine and becoming mainly sunny by the
afternoon. Locally fresh northerly wind easing in the morning.
Min 10 Max 16

That is what the weather GODS are telling us.
So how about we go out for a few hours?
Perhaps a quick run through Christmas Hills, then onto Flowerdale for lunch.
Say a 10am start, at maccas Nunawading, Pick up a few from the Boulevard
(Larrikin).
Thoughts?

Could always add links in ppls signatures, also just
a fortnightly post to remind newbies maybe in NG
advertising this mailing list?

...good idea, Vic, takes the clutter outa the n/g.
But also keeps some in the dark, newbies to n/g etc. , since you
can't put a permanent reference to this forum somewhere, some guys
will miss out on rides.
I guess, after some time it'll be ok though and ppl will know where
to look.
If ok , I'll post rides into n/g as well as here.
Cheers

Also - the netrider site is going through a complete overhaul (time to
fix it up for good) and will feature this list as well as other things
such as the irc channel and more prominently :)

If you have run the exe check your HD's.
