You can try filling the cylinder with oil or PB Blaster & see if it breaks loose after a few days. Just put it in gear & gently rock it & you might get lucky....

JJ, side stand should be 8 and 1 half inches long measured from the mount bolt to the end of the foot. It is plenty long enough to stand the bike without it...

If that is a 2 stroke with a gravity fed oil system you might try draining all the old oil and putting in a synthetic oil. That cured my x6 hustler years ago. ...
