I have to admit, I was one of those people with the shiny m151a2's runnig around. I spent all kinds of time and money restoring it. That was about 10 yrs ago.
I'm glad to see there are others out that there who don't want their M151 to be all shiny and pretty. I'm trying to make mine look as close to the one I drove
