the jcwhitney panels aren't worth anything even if they still have them.
typical after market piece in that its a bit thin and has poorly shaped
edges. other major malfunction here is that it doesn't help with the rot on
the outer wheel well or with the trunk floor extension (piece inside quarter
behind rear wheel). never heard of wolf steel but I'd be interested to hear
about them.
good luck finding good panels in the boneyard - these cars all pretty much
rot in the same place for the same reason. I have scored good panels in the
yard though always off of cars that had no damn buisness being in the yard.
if ya find one, make sure they cut it off beyond the seam where the outer
and inner wheel wells meet so ya have plenty to splice back in.
Ya wanna hear about the NOS quarters I have stashed in the basement?

I am on the west coast of Canada out on Vancouver Island. Has anyone had
dealings with JCWhitney? They list lower quarter panels. Are they good or
junk? I may just look for a donor car with good panels. There is a company
in Quebec that makes copies of your old and rusted parts has anyone had
dealings with Wolf Steel Body Panels?
