Funny that the answer comes from somebody nearby (in Holland).
KOS is the isle where Hippokrates was born. To use (such!) a mobile unit for blood donation is very special.
You can imagine that, mogfreak as I am, I was very surpised to spot that vehicle.
Note: Have been volontary blood donor for years in Rotterdam.
