I used to live nearby the Waterford Hills track and didn't even know
it existed until after I moved away to the west side of the state.
From various people I have spoken with and comments on different
automotive forums, I hear it is a really good track. One of these days
I may find myself on that side of the state for business and maybe I
will be lucky enough that an event will be running and I can stop in.

I no longer own a Mazda, however I am a huge enthusiast which is why I
still stick around and remain semi-active on various RX-7 sites
including but not limited to RX-7 Club, RX-8 Club, MI Rotary Club
(http://mirotaryclub.net), and several others.
My current (non-rotary) project and plan for the year included
wrapping up my 1UZ-FE swap into my '87 Toyota Supra by mid-April,
getting it all sorted out, and then driving it around to various
venues to show it off since this is still a very rare swap (unlike the
1JZ-GTE and 2JZ-GTE swaps) in the States until the snow falls again.
My personal project page is at http://1uzsupra.com for those
interested in something non-rotary related.

How about a dyno day, open track, a rotary-powered vehicle shootout vs
other rotaries or vs some manufacturer (like the old, annual RX-7 vs.
Supra from ages past?). Hell, just a BBQ get together works for me.
We usually have several here on the west side and groll69
(http://mirotaryclub.net) from the east side organizes gatherings
closer to that side of the state and/or central gatherings in Lansing
for all of us to get together.

I have yet to get a chance to take a look at the page, but will soon.
I have a couple of short RX-7 videos up on my YouTube account at
http://youtube.com/siliconoddity as well.
Cheers,
