UPDATE:
On today's Ford Newswire, Mazda announced a Gasoline/Hydrogen hybrid
version of the Renesis rotary engine. It is currently in active
testing and was deemed a "viable" future powertrain. I'll keep tabs
on this development.
In a second release, there will be a turbocharged version of the Mx5
Miata, sometime in the next year. Just doing the math in my head,
that could take the Miata well above 200 hp. . . Can you say
YEEFREAKIN'HAAAH!!!! The Miata is a blast to drive now! Turbo??? It
Aint Here Yet?????? WHY???
