Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to touch base with you and let you know whats going on with our good friend and car buddy.
Ken Moull (Kapt Krazy) Ken has received a Heart Defibrillator Pace Maker
which is great news.
Ken's heart was to weak to undergo the 4 bypass surgery he needed, and the only route they had was to install the Defibrillator and with the right medications, and nutrition with regular monitoring and exercise Ken will be fine.
Ken is going home today from University of Michigan Hospital.
Talk About A Great Easter Present, can't get any better than this.
Send your prayers to Ken
Send a get well card.

DRILL PRESS: A tall upright machine useful for suddenly snatching flat metal bar stock out of your hands so that it smacks you in the chest and flings your beer across the room, denting the freshly-painted vertical stabilizer which you had carefully set in the corner where nothing could get to it..
WIRE WHEEL: Cleans paint off bolts and then throws them somewhere under the workbench with the speed of light. Also removes fingerprints and hard-earned calluses from fingers in about the time it takes you to say, "Oh sh!#..."
SKILL SAW: A portable cutting tool used to make studs too short.
PLIERS: Used to round off bolt heads. Sometimes used in the creation of blood-blisters.
BELT SANDER: An electric sanding tool commonly used to convert minor touch-up jobs into major refinishing jobs.
HACKSAW: One of a family of cutting tools built on the Ouija board principle. It transforms human energy into a crooked, unpredictable motion, and the more you attempt to influence its course, the more dismal your future becomes.
VISE-GRIPS: Generally used after pliers to completely round off bolt heads. If nothing else is available, they can also be used to transfer intense welding heat to the palm of your hand.
WELDING GLOVES: Heavy duty leather gloves used to prolong the conduction of intense welding heat to the palm of your hand.
OXYACETYLENE TORCH: Used almost entirely for lighting various flammable objects in your shop on fire. Also handy for igniting the grease inside the wheel hub out of which you want to remove a bearing race.
TABLE SAW: A large stationary power tool commonly used to launch wood projectiles for testing wall integrity.
E-Z OUT BOLT AND STUD EXTRACTOR: A tool ten times harder than any known drill bit that snaps neatly off in bolt holes thereby ending any possible future use.
BAND SAW: A large stationary power saw primarily used by most shops to cut good aluminum sheet into smaller pieces that more easily fit into the trash can after you cut on the inside of the line instead of the outside edge.
TWO-TON ENGINE HOIST: A tool for testing the maximum tensile strength of everything you forgot to disconnect.
CRAFTSMAN 1/2 x 24-INCH SCREWDRIVER: A very large pry bar that inexplicably has an accurately machined screwdriver tip on the end opposite the handle.
PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER: Normally used to stab the vacuum seals under lids or for opening old-style paper-and-tin oil cans and splashing oil on your shirt; but can also be used, as the name implies, to strip out Phillips screw heads.
STRAIGHT SCREWDRIVER: A tool for opening paint cans. Sometimes used to convert common slotted screws into non-removable screws.
PRY BAR: A tool used to crumple the metal surrounding that clip or bracket you needed to remove in order to replace a 50 cent part.
HOSE CUTTER: A tool used to make hoses too short.
HAMMER: Originally employed as a weapon of war, the hammer nowadays is used as a kind of divining rod to locate the most expensive parts adjacent the object we are trying to hit.
DAMMIT TOOL: Any handy tool that you grab and throw across the garage while yelling 'DAMMIT!' at the top of your lungs.
It is also, most often, the next tool that you will need.

Hi Harold and Eula and the rest of the Midwest Kustoms crew, It was good to talk to you the other day. Planning on coming to the February Meeting. As far membership without a kustom car, I think it is fine, as long as they're enthusiasts. We were all in that position at one time. If we want to encourage membership that's a way to bring new blood in. I know I've been a bit slack at turning up at car shows but I'm looking forward to some this year, as I've completed building my porch. I submitted the photo of the GREEN '51 Chevy pickup I got back on the road this past summer. Jeannie and I used it to haul our kayaks around joining two great past-times. Has anyone out there got a pair of stout, manual scissor window cranks capable of hoisting
the heavy 37"x 12"X 3/16 windows in my Beast ( '47 Ford Kustom). I'm going to rework the channels, and have ordered a floating channel from Balls
Rod & Kustom to see if I can make the Bosch electric power windows work. Stabilizing the window on the crank tree has been a problem, hence binding. I'll give it one more shot before going after the manual option. I turned my rear quarter windows into power windows with the same equipment and they work well. So if anyone has some ideas or a pair of stout scissor hand window cranks, I'd be interested in talking to you at the February meeting. Kiwi Dave.

Dear Friends, I am sending you an update on our beautiful daughter Jaymie Cornish.
God called our daughter Jaymie to Heaven Saturday November 15 at 7:14 p.m.
Her brain tumors had gotten so huge since the last Chemo and Radiation there was nothing more they could do for her. Her arteries, capilaries and heart were all clear thanks to the use of Cardio ocktail, just not enough time to help with the massive tumors in her head She was so precious and never complained abut anything. When she passed she looked just like the angel she was. she was just beautiful. So sad to give up such a wonderful loving daughter to cancer.
We have her children Vanessa 18, Jaiden 6, and Jasmine 4 She left us these precious children to keep us going as they are part of her .
You can see Jaymie's Obituary at www.legacy.com Jaymie Cornish search click on Jaymie Cornish and you can view her legacy and leave a message to the family.
There is no viewing as her wishes were to be cremated. There is a Memorial Service to Celebrate Jaymie's Life Saturday November 29, at 1:00 p.m. Church of Christ of The Latter Day Saints 1111 Galyn Street, Sturgis MI
