We got a great report on our daughter Jaymie Friday from the cancer clinic in Kalamazoo.
Jaymie has been taking Chemo and Radiation treatments for one year now.
She was not able to lay down without the fear of dieing in her sleep, she could not walk very far
with out falling maybe 12 itty bitty steps, incontinence and to much to mention.
When she finished her last radiation treatment in March there was no improvement
They said to continue with Chemo and we would see what happens.
We went home and pondered on this for awhile and thought why don't we add our own Cardio Cocktail
It's full of the B vitamins she needs and heavy on the vitamin D which removes heavy metals from the body. Arginine to put nitric oxide in the bloodstream and all the other nutrients she needed to get better.
In April we started giving Jaymie 2 ounces of Cardio Coctail and 2 ounces of water before breakfast.
To her daily medications we added fruit & vegetable vitamins because fruits and veggies keep you healthy. At bedtime we gave her the Chemo and her other medications.
With-in 2 weeks she was walking better and can now walk up and down the basement stairs.
Walks to the car and gets in with a little help. Has given up the wheel chair.
Her speech is no longer slurred and she is very alert, and now she is trying to lay down to sleep.
She is puting on make-up and puts on her little blonde hair piece because she is vey bald.
I have cut my own hair very short because she would look at my long hair and make remarks about the the long blonde hair she use to have and now she has none, so why not put her mind at ease and go short
don't expect to see me bald 'not happening' unless the good Lord wants me to be.
We took her July 1st for her MRI and Friday July 25th we took her to the Neuro Oncology Cancer Clinic and we got the report we have been waiting for. Her cancer has tremendously improved.
She will have therapy help for her emotional problems and therapy for her left arm and hand which was caused by the stroke. But we know she is going to make it.
She goes back in October for another MRI and Clinic visit.
We did not tell them we have her on Cardio Coctail or the added vitamins.
We will continue with the Chemo 5 days a month and Cardio Cocktail and vitamins everyday of the month and see what the results are in October.
She has improved so much they lowered some of her medications and said they will cut some more later
When we go back in October we will take the Cardio Cocktail and the vitamins with us so they can see
what we were doing right along with the treatments, and see what their input is on Jaymie's condition.
With the help of the Good Lord, Medication, Chemo and Cardio Cocktail we are praying for the miracle we know we are going to recieve.
The 4, 6, and 18 year old are doing great, and the 2 little ones have grown like weeds.
Vanessa is going to Florida with her Dad on a cruise August 6th and she is looking forward to that.
She also works at McDonalds and will be a Senior in high school this year. Honor Student!
Jaiden is going to summer school and Jasmine can't wait till she gets to go to pre-School this year.
Our son Vic has had a lot of problems this year and we just got his report he is going to be ok
When January 1st 2008 came I said 2008 is gonna be great.....I have had to eat those words so many times, but in the end it is going to be great!!!!...
Our friend Dick Dean has passed away... and he will be greatly
missed .... Dick is truly a legend in our industry... his talent was
amazing ... he crafted wonderful cars beginning back in the days when
only the most basic of tools were available and his famous "chops"
became legendary ... Dick's influence on so many areas of our hobby
was huge.... from those awesome Mercs to the cars he did for the
movies and television...
..To us though Dick was more than a genius at building cars.... he
was our friend... we last saw Dick with his boys at the Grand
National Roadster show and he was just so happy to be there with his
kids, amongst all of those great cars .... he was truly in hog heaven
and could hardly get the grin off of his face... Our thoughts and
prayers go out to Jeanne and the whole family.... we will let you all
know of any plans. We have done many stories about Dick over the
years...

WHERE TO BUYAMERICANGASOLINE. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW. READ ON. Gas rationing in the 70's worked even though we grumbled about it. It might even have been good for us! Are you aware that the Saudis are boycotting American products? In addition, they are gouging us on oil prices. Shouldn't we return the favor? Can't we take control of our own destiny and let these giant oil importers know who REALLY generates their profits, their livings? How about leaving American Dollars in America and reduce the import/export deficit? An appealing remedy might be to boycott their GAS. Every time you fill up your car you can avoid putting more money into the coffers of Saudi Arabia . Just purchase gas from companies that don't import their oil from the Saudis. Nothing is more frustrating than the feeling that every time I fill up my tank, I'm sending my money to people who I get the impression want me, my family and my friends dead. The following gas companies import Middle Eastern oil: Shell.................................... 205,742,000 barrels Chevron/Texaco.................... 144,332,000 barrels Exxon /Mobil........................ 130,082,000 barrels Marathon/Speedway............. 117,740,000 barrels< BR>Amoco.................................. 62,231,000 barrels And CITGO oil is imported from Venezuela by Dictator Hugo Chavez who hates America and openly avows our economic destruction! (We pay Chavez's regime nearly $10 Billion per year in oil revenues!) The U.S. currently imports 5,517,000 barrels of crude oil per day from OPEC. If you do the math at $100 per barrel, that's over $550 million PER DAY ($200 BILLION per year!) handed over to OPEC, many of whose members are our confirmed enemies!!!!! It won't stop here - oil prices could go to $200 a barrel or higher if we keep buying their product. Here are some large companies that do not import Middle Eastern oil: Sunoco......................... 0 barrels Conoco........................ 0 barrels Sinclair....................... 0 barrels BP / Phillip s................ 0 barrels Hess. ............................. 0 barrels ARC0............................. 0 barrels Maverick......................... 0 barrels Flying J. .......................... 0 barrels Valero............................ 0 barrels Murphy Oil USA * ............. 0 Sold at Wal-Mart , gas is from South Arkansas and fully USA owned and produced.
*Not only that but they give scholarships to all children in their town who finish high school and are legal US citizens.. All of this information i s available from the U.S. Department of Energy and each company is required to state where they get their oil and how much they are importing.
But to have a real impact, we need to reach literally millions of gas buyers With the help of the internet, it's really simple to do. Now, don't wimp out at this point....keep reading and I'll explain how simple it is to reach millions of people!! I'm sending this note to about thirty people. If each of you send it to at only ten more (30 x 10 = 300)....and those 300 send it to at least ten more (300 x 10 = 3,000)....and so on, by the time the message reaches the sixth generation of people, we will have reached over THREE MILLION consumers!!! !!!!
If those three million get excited and pass this on to ten friends each, then 30 million people will have been contacted! If it goes one level further, you guessed it...THREE HUNDRED MILLION PEOPLE-the entire population of the United States of America !!!!
Again, all you have to do is forward this message to 10 people. How long would that really take you? If each of us sends this e-mail out to ten more people, within one day all 300 MILLION people could theoretically be contacted during the next eight days!

Her hair was up in a ponytail, her favorite dress tied with a bow.
Today was Daddy's Day at school, and she couldn't wait to go.
But her mommy tried to tell her, that she probably should stay home.
Why the kids might not understand,if she went to school alone.
But she was not afraid;she knew just what to say.
What to tell her classmatesof why he wasn't there today.
But still her mother worried, for her to face this day alone.
And that was why once again, she tried to keep her daughter home..
But the little girl went to schooleager to tell them all.
About a dad she never sees,a dad who never calls.
There were daddies along the wall in back, for everyone to meet.
Children squirming impatiently, anxious in their seats
One by one the teacher calleda student from the class.
To introduce their daddy,as seconds slowly passed.
At last the teacher called her name, every child turned to stare.
Each of them was searching,a man who wasn't there.
'Where's her daddy at?'She heard a boy call out.
'She probably doesn't have one,'another student dared to shout.
And from somewhere near the back, she heard a daddy say,
'Looks like another deadbeat dad,too busy to waste his day.'
The words did not offend her,as she smiled up at her Mom.
And looked back at her teacher, who told her to go on.
And with hands behind her back, slowly she began to speak.
And out from the mouth of a child, came words incredibly unique.
'My Daddy couldn't be here, because he lives so far away.
But I know he wishes he could be,since this is such a special day.
And though you cannot meet him,I wanted you to know.
All about my daddy, and how much he loves me so.
He loved to tell me storieshe taught me to ride my bike.
He surprised me with pink roses, and taught me to fly a kite.
We used to share fudge sundaes, and ice cream in a cone.
And though you cannot see him.I'm not standing here alone.
'Cause my daddy's always with me,even though we are apart
I know because he told me,he'll forever be in my heart'
With that, her little hand reached up,and lay across her chest.
Feeling her own heartbeat, beneath her favorite dress.
And from somewhere there in the crowd of dads, her mother stood in tears.
Proudly watching her daughter, who was wise beyond her years.
For she stood up for the loveof a man, not in her life.
Doing what was best for her, doing what was right.
And when she dropped her hand back down, staring straight into the crowd.
She finished with a voice so soft, but its message clear and loud.
'I love my daddy very much,he's my shining star.
And if he could, he'd be here, but heaven's just too far.
You see he is a Marineand died just this past year
When a roadside bomb hit his convoyand taught Americans to fear.
But sometimes when I close my eyes,it's like he never went away.'
And then she closed her eyes, and saw him there that day.
And to her mother's amazement, she witnessed with surprise.
A room full of daddies, and children, all starting to close their eyes.
Who knows what they saw before them, who knows what they felt inside.
Perhaps for merely a second, they saw him at her side.
'I know you're with me Daddy,'to the silence she called out.
And what happened next made believers,of those once filled with doubt.
Not one in that room could explain it,for each of their eyes had been closed.
But there on the desk beside her,was a fragrant long-stemmed pink rose.
And a child was blessed, if only for a moment, by the love of her shining star.
And given the gift of believing, that heaven is never too far.
They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but then an entire life to forget them.
.
Take the time...to live and love.
Until eternity.
God bless
There must be many children in the same boat as this little girl, thanks to our servicemen and their families for the sacrifice they are making to keep our country Free

Dear Mothers If you send this to just one person, it should make it all the way around the world by Mother's Day. This is for the mothers who have sat up all night with sick toddlers in their arms, wiping up barf laced with Oscar Mayer wieners and cherry Kool-Aid saying, "It's okay honey, Mommy's here." Who have sat in rocking chairs for hours on end soothing crying babies who can't be comforted. This is for all the mothers who show up at work with spit-up in their hair and milk stains on their blouses and diapers in their purse. For all the mothers who run carpools and make cookies and sew Halloween costumes. And all the mothers who DON'T. This for the mothers who gave birth to babies they'll never see. And the mothers who took those babies and gave them homes. This is for the mothers whose priceless art collections are hanging on their refrigerator doors. And for all the mothers who froze their buns on metal bleachers at football or soccer games instead of watching from the warmth of their cars. And that when their kids asked, "Did you see me, Mom?" they could say, "Of course, I wouldn't have missed it for the world," and mean it. This is for all the mothers who yell at their kids in the grocery store and swat them in despair when they stomp their feet and scream for ice cream before dinner. And for all the mothers who count to ten instead, but realize how child abuse happens. This is for all the mothers who go hungry, so their children can eat. For all the mothers who read "Goodnight, Moon" twice a night for a year. And then read it again. "Just one more time." This is for all the mothers who taught their children to tie their shoelaces before they started school. And for all the mothers who opted for Velcro instead. This is for all the mothers who teach their sons to cook and their daughters to sink a jump shot. This is for every mother whose head turns automatically when a little voice calls "Mom?" in a crowd, even though they know their own offspring are at home -- or even away at college ~or have their own families. This is for all the mothers who sent their kids to school with stomach aches, assuring them they'd be just FINE once they got there, only to get calls from the school nurse an hour later asking them to please pick them up. Right away. This is for mothers whose children have gone astray, who can't find the words to reach them. For all the mothers who bite their lips until they bleed when their 14 year olds dye their hair green. For all the mothers of the victims of recent school shootings, and the mothers of those who did the shooting. For the mothers of the survivors, and the mothers who sat in front of their TVs in horror, hugging their child who just came home from school, safely. This is for all the mothers who taught their children to be peaceful, and now pray they come home safely from a war. What makes a good Mother anyway? Is it patience? Compassion? Broad hips? The ability to nurse a baby, cook dinner, and sew a button on a shirt, all at the same time? Or is it in her heart? Is it the ache you feel when you watch your son or daughter disappear down the street, walking to school alone for the very first time? The jolt that takes you from sleep to dread, from bed to crib at2 A.M.to put your hand on the back of a sleeping baby? The panic, years later, that comes again at 2 A.M.when you just want to hear their key in the door and know they are safe again in your home? Or the need to flee from wherever you are and hug your child when you hear news of a fire, a car accident, a child dying? The emotions of motherhood are universal and so our thoughts are for young mothers stumbling through diaper changes and sleep deprivation... And mature mothers learning to let go. For working mothers and stay-at-home mothers. Single mothers and married mothers. Mothers with money, mothers without. This is for you all. For all of us... Hang in there. In the end we can only do the best we can. Tell them every day that we love them. And pray and never stop being a mom.. Please pass along to all the Moms in your life. "Home is what catches you when you fall - and we all fall." Please pass this to a wonderful mother or mother figure you know. (I just did!)

Every single evening As I'm lying here in bed, This tiny little Prayer Keeps running through my head:
God bless all my family
Wherever they may be, Keep them warm and safe from harm For they're so close to me. And God, there is one more thing I wish that you could do; Hope you don't mind me asking, Please bless my computer too. Now I know that it's unusual To Bless a motherboard, But listen just a second While I explain it to you, Lord. You see, that little metal box Holds more than odds and ends; Inside those small compartments Rest so many of my friends. I know so much about them By the kindness that they give, And this little scrap of metal Takes me in to where they live. By faith is how I know them Much the same as you. We share in what life brings us And from that our friendships grew. Please take an extra minute From your duties up above, To bless those in my address book That's filled with so much love. Wherever else this prayer may reach To each and every friend, Bless each e-mail inbox And each person who hits 'send'. When you update your Heavenly list On your own Great CD-ROM, Bless everyone who says this prayer Sent up to GOD.com Amen

California car-building legend Boyd Coddington dies at 63
By JEFF WILSON, Associated Press Writer
Car-building legend Boyd Coddington, whose testosterone-injected
cable TV reality show "American Hot Rod" introduced the nation to the
West Coast hot rod guru, has died. He was 63.
Coddington died at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital in suburban
Whittier at 6:20 a.m. Wednesday. His La Habra office spokeswoman
Amanda Curry wouldn't disclose the cause of death.
Coddington, who started building cars when he was 13 and once
operated a gas station in Utah, set a standard for his workmanship
and creativity, with his popular "Cadzilla" creation considered a
design masterpiece. The customized car based on a 1950s Cadillac was
built for rocker Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top.
"That was a groundbreaking car. Very cool," said Dick Messer,
executive director of the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles.
"This was your modern era George Barris," Messer said. "He did things
to hot rods and customs that weren't being done by anyone else. But
the main thing is he designed cars that were drivable."
Coddington was a machinist by trade, working at Disneyland during the
day and tinkering with cars in his home garage at night and on
weekends. His rolling creations captured the imagination of car-crazy
Southern Californians and soon he was building custom cars and making
money.
Most often, he customized 1932 Ford "little deuce coupes."
"It was one of those things when a hobby turned into business,"
Messer said, noting Coddington was also "one of the first guys to get
into the custom wheel business."
Wheels by Boyd were fetching $2,000 apiece, which was unheard of two
decades ago.
Coddington also surrounded himself with talent. Alumni from his shop
include Jesse James and Chip Foose, who went on to open their own
shops and star in reality TV shows.
Coddington twice won the Daimler-Chrysler Design Excellence Award and
he was inducted into the Grand National Roadster Show Hall of Fame,
the National Rod & Custom Museum Hall of Fame and the Route 66 Wall
of Fame.
Always dressed in a Hawaiian shirt, Coddington said he loved
his "American Hot Rod" Discovery Channel show, which featured ground-
up construction of $500,000 hot rods.
"The viewers are ... people who lived in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s
and loved these cars. Now, they have money," Coddington told The
Associated Press in a 2004 interview.
