It's hard to say John. It may be that the wires are just not big enough, or that the spark plugs need re-gapping. Usually when a coil pack goes, it goes out...
Thanks for the reply, I'll start with cleaning the K&N since that is the easiest, and then probably to re-gapping the plugs and/or putting my old wires back...

I have a stock 3 coil set from a 92 TT. I have no reason to believe anything Is wrong with it . Since my last AEM tune I had all data indicating it was pumping...
Hmmm... I don't know, I mean am not sure my other 2 coils are bad... the one I replaced was visibly bad as sparks were flying from one plug to the other...
