I am trying my darndest to find some kind of rubber weatherstripping
that can be used on the bottom of my hardtop where it mounts to the
body and under the aluminum strip that lines the bottom of the rear
window. The top itself is in pretty decent shape and I would hate to
throw it away due to lack of weatherstripping. Smoothline window
rubber will work for the window areas and I believe a stock MGB
Windshield seal will also work for that area. This top sorta/kinda
resembles a factory hardtop and I really like the looks of it. It has
pop out side windows. I am also restoring a Parrish
Plastics/Smoothline top but I think they are kind of ugly. Does
anybody have any ideas for where I can search for weatherstripping?
