Hi folks, I'm new here in your group, well here is Nashville, Tenn.
but I was born in Lodi and grew up in Ashland, Ohio if that counts.
I'm guessing, just by production figures, that most of you are MGB
owners. My personal demon is a 1969 MGC roadster; BRG with painted
wires. I don't think we're as incompatible as say Jag owners and Jag
v8 conversion people. It's just some piddly differences between
the "B" and the "C". I was looking on Yahoo for an MG group to join
as my work has evolved to the point that I can participate better
from the computer. I have belonged to the AMGCR (American MGC
Register) on and off (currently off) for 18 years. I was member
#205. I never left on purpose, it's just that I'd get really busy
and into my work and when I took time to stop and wonder why I hadn't
been getting the news letters it would be 15 months or so later. I
should join again if I can track them down. Does anyone know if they
have an internet discussion group?
Anyway I'm glad to be here and am looking forward your collective
wisdom on the MG mystique.
