I have a 78 MC 8 for sale for $5000. It is located in Aurora CO, a
suburb of Denver. I was told that the engine (8V71) and transmission
(Allison 4 speed automatic) have about 50,000 miles on rebuilds. I
have pulled some of the seats and re-arranged the others. It is
registered in Colorado as a motor home. It runs well, with the
normal 8V71 oil leaks. I drove it 1200 miles after I bought it with
no problems. The drive tires need replaced, but will get you home
