Yes it's worth it, but to my knowledge you need a judgment in your name before a
Charging Order can be applied for.
Not sure where that leaves you vis-a-vis the CSA
Graham.

Subject: [mccf] Legal question
Help required please.
My ex wife owes the CSA (and that means me) a couple of grand and now wants
to move to France with new hubby. Because she has given up work the CSA tell
me they have no way of getting her to pay up and when she moves abroad they
have no jurisdiction to pursue her. My question is this. Can the CSA or me
if I have too put a charge on the house she is selling in England and is it
going to be financially worthwhile for a couple of grand.
Regards to all,
Simon.
