RE: [Mazda Miata MX 5 Club] Outdoor cover???

I tried one of the fabric covers that was water proof. It was a pain to deal
with when it was wet. After a time or two of rolling it off the car wet, it no
longer was water proof. I had to create a hole in it for the antenna because
when it was real windy the thing would beat the antenna to death. It turned out
to be a bigger pain than it was worth.

Subject: [Mazda Miata MX 5 Club] Outdoor cover???

Hi

I would appreciate some help and guidance around outdoor covers - i have a hard
top for the Winter but no garage, and in the Summer it is NOT parked in the
shade.

I've been looking at outdoor covers to keep the sun and birds off in the hot
weather and the damp and frost off in the Winter.

My 2 questions:

Are the supposedly 100% waterproof ones better than the ones that allow moisture
in and out?

Am i better off not bothering - i am concerned about scratching and trapping in
moisture?

Any help appreciated

Cheers

KP
