Hello Michel and welcome.
Wow, a 20% increase in membership! That is just the spark I need to get busy
and update the website. I'll put up a few photos real soon so you can see the
body project and write an essay on how I came to this idea and where I see it
going.
Say, if I lived in Europe I would be using a VW Lupo. That engine would give
this car very high mpg. I believe a few people are using a Lupo front end clip
here in the states but I have not come across them yet. A VW import business
told me they brought a few of them over. They are out of business now or I
would already have that engine. A friend of a friend in Berlin checked around
the junk yards there and said no luck. He claims they are all going to Eastern
Europe before they come for sale to the public (Russian Mafia he says). Another
friend is checking in England.
