Can't be wear-related at 3300 miles. Maybe the Hi-Vo chain is maladjusted?
Otherwise I'd guess wheel balance is the issue.

Up to 65mph everything is fine. from there up to 70mph a vibration sets in and continues up to my top speed circa 85mph. The vibes are not constant but come in...
