More likely the main interior light switch that's built into the headlight switch and comes on when you pull the knob out a little. It's fairly easy to do...

I don't have an Elite/Eclat, and my Elan no longer has 175CD2s, but I can tell you the pressure. It should be around 3PSI. Between 2 and 4.5 will work fine....
