... No. The new F1 track is entirely new and separate. They are linked by roads which are used for events with both tracks combined, but not for F1 races....
They do share the same paddock and garage areas as well as the big hotel. Awesome place! Got to visit it once in the early 90s and had breakfast in the hotel...
