Yes check all the air piping especially around the second blow-off
valve and vaccum tank.
My 66 fault codes typically come up why under boost between 3-4k
rpm. Its generally a result of lost vaccum and the system detecting
that the second blow-off valve not opening (since it needs vaccum).
The above may not be the same as your situation but its somewhere to
start. The various soleniods can also be a problem. I built a hose
diagram of the box if you need one.
