I doubt that you can get a stock exhaust system now. Too old and not enough vehicles. What you find used will probably be just that used and rusted. Good luck...

After drilling and taping the end of the old cct you put all the original parts back in. Install back on the engine and snug up the new bolt you just installed...

No. This cannot be fixed. You must get a new diaphram. There is no way to fix this that will work. If you did suceed in making a fix, it would fail shortly....
