The Killer Bees Scooter Club is a club for all scooter enthusiasts in Northern Colorado.
The Killer Bees are based in Fort Collins, Colorado but have been known to swarm into surrounding areas during our rides. We gather at locally owned coffee shops in Old Town before heading out, and always welcome new riders and enthusiasts. If you are interested in joining for a ride or joining the hive, either show up at our next meeting or drop us a message.
The Killer Bees exist to have fun and socialize while riding our scooters in a positive group environment. The group has also been known to be a good resource for advice and assistance with repairs and maintenance - as well as answering questions about safety.
Aside from the group aspect, many of our members are very interested in the fuel efficiency benefits of scooters and other alternative modes of transportation. As gas prices and global temperatures rise, it is nice to be able to say that some of our scooters get 100 miles to the gallon.
If you are interested in starting a chapter in your town or city, send us a message telling us about yourself. Even if you haven't been part of the Fort Collins club, we're happy to have you be a Bee and use the name and logo, we just ask that you let us know.
We encourage both new and old members of the Killer Bees to review the files and links to the Motorcycle Safety Foundation's library of materials.
Please take the time to watch the instructional video on safe group riding.
We want our group rides to be fun and safe for all members.
