I have received a few requests to give members the ability to post messages that
really aren't relevant to the Group as a whole but rather to only a few.

The Group Bulletin Board is intended for messages worded to and directed at the
whole Group. Messages like Run Announcements, Run Reports, or requests for help
or information broadcast to the Group and replies to those requests for help.
Also for Replies that likely apply to the Group.

To satisfy the requests to allow members to carry on "conversations" with other
members, some time ago I set up a separate Yahoo Group for that purpose where
messages were not restricted to those intended for the Group as a whole. That
funcetion was seldom utilized, perhaps because it was not convenient. In
another attempt to meet the need, I have set up such a place utilizing the Yahoo
"Database" function. (see "Database" in the column on the left of the Yahoo
Home Page.) There is also a link at the bottom of the Home Page.

Messages posted here will not be Moderated except for inappropriate language or
personal attacks. Also, all messages here must include a Real Name and email
address.

Messages posted here will not be emailed to Members so DO NOT post Run
Announcements or Run Reports here or any other message intended for the whole
Group.
