JeepNation has been invited to have an exclusive meet up with 2 Frenchies who are going around the globe in the Reggie RX4. Here's the chance to meet up with some real adventurers from a world beyond the South China Sea. Better yet, if you have always wanted to get your paws dirty with the Renault RX4, the doors are open, insert key and let 'er rip!

Our gathering this month is going to be a bit different as we are tying up with Hong Leong Corporation Ltd, distributor of Cooper Tires to organize a Tire Seminar. This is NOT a sales pitch, but an opportunity for you to learn more about the big black rubbers. Expect to find out dark secrets of the trade, something the shady tire dealer down the street may not like you to know... or just learn more about prolonging the effective life of the tires to serve you better, through good and bad times / weather! 

We'll be posting the details for the seminar as soon as we confirm the venue and time.

28 October 2001, Sunday 
This is also the deadline for applications to "JeepNation Duels Duo". 

We are not looking for a big crowd, only 10 vehicles, packed with driver and an active co-driver to take on the challenge. This event will only go on with 10 participating vehicles due to the necessary costs involved. Build bridges and camaraderie plus a true get-to-know yourself and your vehicle experience. Only those who have participated in our Introduction to 4x4 Handling Course need apply.

If you think that this is too tough for you, it probably is. But if you are game, willing to try, everything should go fine. Closing date is at our gathering. Please remember to pay upfront to ease the administration and preparation work.

Well, we take a walk down memory lane to highlight some of the lovely 4x4s that shaped our world today. Something about them making it all happen...

Customized CRV
Not really a favorite about those with an off-road slant, but this CRV really takes the cake in adding some serious street cred to an otherwise humble runabout. 

Finally, we have had some feedback that the site is not accessible on some browser, in particular the Internet Explorer for Macs, please bear with us until we solve this problem. In the meantime, consider using Netscape Navigator or the iCab Browser, both of which are freewares and have served us well.
