Hey John, 150-200 for a remanned exhaust manifold sounds about right but its cheaper to drop it and repair it [unless its really hosed]. It is a pain though....

Ford Blot pattern is 5 on 5.5, and Jeep uses 5 on 4.5 so no the rims will not go on your Jeep unless you are like Pete and me with a Ford 9" rear and dana 44...
