Yes mate, The rear bars form a 1990/94, I would imagine they are strong enough. A guy I knew had his amigo off road at about 60Kph and it had all gone wrong...

You should be able to use one from the same generation Rodeo. The only thing you have to watch is the ends if the grill guard wraps around as the Amigo fenders...
