O2 sensors can be changed easy enough but I think your exhaust has 4 of them and they are usually not too cheap. I don't know if they are all the same but...

If memory serves me correctly you will lube it the same way you would the front axle... Isuzu uses one of the bolts that tie the pumpkin together as a drain...
