Try tightening the other lug nuts really tight(be carefull not to stip them),then you should be able to remove the funny lug nut with a pair of vice grips....

never buy a winch that is just a little bigger than you weigh you will want at least a 8000- or even better a 8500 and shop around there are really good deals...
