As it is in the teens and single digits here in NE Ohio accompanied by
lots of snow it is time to actually put a movie in. Have you watched
either Long Way Round or Long Way Down? I loved LW Round (the
beginning was kind of slow) and I just bought a set of Long Way Round,
Long Way Down and The Road to Dakar. You can get all 3 movies from
Amazon in a set for $38. The nice thing is the LW Round version is the
10 episode version where as in the US it was only the 7 episode version
before. I have yet to watch the extended version I just got. Now I
have 2 copies, 7 and 10 episode versions.

We have watched 3 episodes of LW Down and it is very good so far. At
this point they have left Europe and entered Africa, ridden through
Tunisia and are now into Libya. While getting ready they showed Ewan
McGregor riding around on his Moto Guzzi Griso which he got in an
accident on due to a pedestrian. Then on the way through Italy they
stopped at the Moto Guzzi factory. I'll be curious to see how these
new BMW GS's do in Africa. Ewan's comment on the seat is it is a board.
