This is the group about the use of the International engine HS2.8TGV and MWM Internationals 2.8L and the 4.2L. Here you will find the latest info on the use of these engines in all makes of Land Rovers and a a growing collection of North American vehicles. The HS 2.8TGV with 135 HP and 277 Ft Lb torque is a wonderful powerhouse. We have expanded our range of engines to include 2 engines from MWM International.These are the 2.8l 4 cylinder and the 4.2L inline 6 diesels.

Now with our new adapters from Advance Adapters the engine (2.8TGV) can be used with a lot of GM transmissions.They can be used with the line of GM engine adapters other transmissions from Advance Adapters. This allows the engine to be used in Jeeps, Land Cruisers, Toyota's, Nissans, Chevy S-10 and 15's,Willys and host of cars also. The engine can be run on biofuel and WVO also SVO.
The engine was used in a Land Rover Bowler to compete in the Lisbon to Dakar rally this winter and it placed 1ST in class and came in 32nd over all. That was a field of 250 vehicles.The engines are built for the long haul.
