Disk brakes always drag and the rotors are almost always are hot to the touch. If you've cleaned out the caliper, I can't see how it could be sticking...........

Michael, Based on that, I'm not sure you really have a problem. All disc brakes rub and the wheels will move more freely if you retract the calipers manually....
