My husband remembered that when we bought the van which was a used 2000
model, he purchased the whole nine yard Honda package that covered everything
for 5 years or 300,000 kms.  We have about 3,000 km to go befoe the
warranty expires so he's going to take it in to Honda to have a look

have you checked for transmission oil leak?
