Thanks! I'm not sure if I'll get anything, though. The transmission on
my 2001 Odyssey failed last year at 111K, 2K over the 109K limit
(wouldn't you know it?). Honda did replace it at what they said was
50% of their cost (about $1300). And guess what? That second
transmission just failed on me last month, at 34K. Luckily, the
warranty on that one was 36K so I got it replaced for free. Sheesh, if
they extend the warranty on the original to 109K, they should be able
to extend the warranty on any replacements by the same amount. I mean,
shouldn't the replacements be better than the originals?
