The hook came in the box that my floormats did. It connects with a single
screw in the floor under the area where the handle is that moves the seat
front-to-back. Does your driver-side mat have a hole in the center of the
side that rests under the seat? Your dealer may have installed the hook for
you, since you have had the mats at time of purchase. Mine arrived at the
dealer about 5 weeks after purchase.
