They're easy. You need hog ring pliers and about 20 rings. Get a seat from a junkyard, take off the cover and wash it- they're machine wasable. Laboriously

If it's an automatic try changing the transmission fluid, if that doesn't help the start clutch could be wearing out. ... From: Sara Ray
