It's not, over the winter. I will attack it again in a month or so. I
had a mid-stream change of engines planned, but am (re)rethinking it
right now. My original choice is running, and simpler, so I'll
probably go back to the Honda CX650. Or at least I will start out with
the CX, but I would like to change over to the Virago at some point. I
think it will look better, it's a simpler engine with air cooling, and
I can easily adapt a single SU carb onto it for the vintage Brit look.
It's just the changeover to a straight output shaft that's the pain.
Maybe I can locate an XV920RH (TR1)chain drive engine by that time,
and save some work. If not, I will make this engine work by making a
straight shaft output, or finding the TR1 part and adapting it.
I have parts for my sliding pillars, but haven't put them together
yet. The frame is the easy part...
I've been too busy with real work, kids, and fixing my motorcycles to
spend any quality time on my Moggie lately, but my New Year's
resolution will be to get this thing rolling!

coming? Cheers. Dave Allen.
