I have my trusty Shop Manual right here..... Flywheel to crank-55 ft. lbs. Clutch Cover to flywheel-30 ft. lbs. Clutch housing to engine: 3/8"-30 ft....

It has been my experience that a diaphram clutch it much easier on your leg, but it is a Chivvy design and I tend to like borg-and-beck style clutches myself....
