You Sir are a man among men.  This looks like the real fix.  Thanks man.
My GT4 is a keeper.  I am trying to fix all the little things I had ignored for
a while to get her as good as new again.  I just tonight replaced the tach and I
am gradually reducing the items on my "to fix" list to zero.  Maybe I should
publish the list and solicit more ideas from you guys.
