MES-DEA in Switzerland is currently presenting a new plug-in hybrid,
based on its electric Fiat Panda with ZEBRA battery, at the VEL EXPO
Ticino in Lugano:

This newsletter is in German, but the article (page 2) has very little
information anyway.
MES-DEA already produces, and, more important, sells (though only to
customers in Switzerland and northern Italy) electric versions of the
Renault Twingo, Smart and Fiat Panda, so it is likely that they also
will go into small-scale production with the Panda plug-in hybrid in
the near future.
