The axles should work if:

The 83 S10 is not a 4 x 4 - their axles are 1" longer (this is also assumining
it is an 83 - 87 rear end with 26 spline axles).

Your Vega Gt has the 7.5" ring gear (not the standard Vega 6.5") and since it's
a GT it should be a 7.5". If it were a 6.5" I think the axles would be too
short.

Does anyone know if 5 lug 83 S10 axles will work on a stock 76 Vega 10
bolt? I have the whole rear-end, but only would like to use the axles
if possible.
