Hi,

There was no such noice or any other problem observed with the car before giving for service.

I complained to Customer Care and they followed it up and Hyundai has replaced the exhaust under warranty.

Only thing I am worried is if it was not natural rusting and service guys did the goof up,  then they may do something wrong on next service also as well as moght have doen something else while replacing exhaust. But anyways one has to trust to some extent.

Did you have any rattling noises or increase in exhaust noise when you
drove the car before you took it for service?
