Auto transmission for 850 Spider ?

Does anyone know if its possible to convert an
850 Spider to an auto tranny ? Or even semi auto like
in the Fiat Idraconvert system ? (are these still
available ?)<br><br>Would the transmission from a "auto
stick shift" Beetle go into my Spider with some
fettling ?
