The scooters with the wheel off have an alarm. The ones with the wheel on do not. The MCowill come about a week or 2 after you get the scooter unless you buy...

Forget the gasket. If you really want something there, use a little clear RTV. But really, it's just a dust cover. Use an impact wrench to zip that nut off....
