the water outlet is just a block of aluminum that bolts up to the head with another piece of aluminum tube sticking straight up, then curved to accept a hose....

you don't need the choke for a race car unless you are running in <40 degree weather juice it with starter fluid (ether) and don't worry about it I have run...
