I've got an '89 with auto project car and a 93 5 spd.  They look the form a
cursory look, but haven't tried a swap.

The ford manual does not say but when showing the speedo drive gear it has a
picture of the MTX with the caption MTX shown. I assume it means they are
the same part.

Is the speedometer drive gear housing, the part that mounts to the transmission, the same for the automatic and manual transmissions? Thanks __________________...
